ClashGuesser is a free, fan-made quiz game built for Clash Royale enthusiasts. Test your knowledge of every card in the game through multiple challenge modes, track your progress, and compete with players from around the world.

What is ClashGuesser?

ClashGuesser is an independent web-based trivia game where players are given a series of hints about a mystery Clash Royale card and must identify it as quickly and accurately as possible. The game is entirely free, requires no download, and works on any modern browser — desktop or mobile.

Whether you are a seasoned Clash Royale veteran who can name every card by its elixir cost and rarity, or a casual player who just enjoys the game, ClashGuesser offers a fun and engaging way to put your knowledge to the test. The card database is kept up to date so that new cards are added as they are released in-game.

Game Modes

ClashGuesser features four distinct game modes, each designed for a different style of play:

Daily Challenge

Every day at midnight (UTC), a new mystery card is selected for all players worldwide. Everyone receives the same card and the same set of progressive hints. Your goal is to identify the card in as few attempts as possible. Daily Challenge results are recorded on a global leaderboard so you can see how your performance compares with other players. The challenge resets every 24 hours, giving you a fresh puzzle each day.

Time Rush

Time Rush is a fast-paced mode where you start with 60 seconds on the clock. A mystery card is presented, and for each correct guess you earn points and a +2 second time bonus. Incorrect guesses cost you precious seconds. The objective is to identify as many cards as possible before the timer runs out. Time Rush has its own dedicated leaderboard, making it the ideal mode for competitive players who thrive under pressure.

Classic Mode (Infinite)

Classic Mode is the relaxed, no-pressure way to play. There is no timer and no limit on the number of games you can play. A new mystery card is generated after every round, giving you unlimited practice. This mode is perfect for learning the attributes of every Clash Royale card at your own pace, or simply enjoying the game without competitive stress.

Guess Who?

Inspired by the classic board game, Guess Who? presents you with a grid of 30 Clash Royale cards. One of them is the mystery card. You receive progressive hints — such as the card's elixir cost, rarity, type, or arena — and must use them to eliminate cards that don't match. Be careful: if you accidentally eliminate the target card, the game is over. This mode rewards logical thinking and a solid knowledge of card attributes.

How Hints Work

In each round, hints are revealed one at a time. They may include information such as the card's elixir cost, rarity (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Champion), type (Troop, Spell, Building), target preference, speed, range, arena of unlock, and more. The order and selection of hints may vary to keep the game fresh and challenging. Early hints tend to be broader, while later hints become more specific, helping you narrow down your guess.

Community and Fair Play

ClashGuesser is built and maintained by fans, for fans. The project is community-driven and the goal is to provide a fun, fair, and free experience for everyone. Accounts that engage in abuse, cheating, or disruptive behavior may be suspended. We appreciate every player who contributes to a positive community.

Why Play Clash Royale Trivia?

Clash Royale is a highly intricate strategy game with over 110 distinct cards, each possessing specific damage values, movement speeds, aggro radii, and idiosyncratic mechanics. Mastering these details is what separates a casual player from a top-ladder competitor. ClashGuesser challenges you to recall these exact statistics under pressure, specifically in the competitive Time Rush mode. Over time, players who regularly engage with trivia have been shown to have higher micro-interaction win rates within actual Clash Royale matches, due to deeply internalized card knowledge.

Updates and New Cards

Supercell updates Clash Royale constantly. Balance changes, completely new troops, card evolutions, and unique Heroes are added periodically. The team behind ClashGuesser actively tracks these updates and patches the database within 24 to 48 hours of any official patch. This ensures that the trivia remains challenging and accurate to the current meta. If a card's elixir cost is changed from 4 to 3 in the main game, ClashGuesser will reflect that adjustment almost immediately!
